This is five star service from owner/manager Sean. my wife and I stayed here for 10 months while moving to the city and we were well taken care of by management, always clean towels and fresh blankets available option to upgrade to a larger room after a period of time was available. And after staying at multiple hotels throughout the city, this was the best rate for the quality. I definitely recommend this to any family and friends.
The owner sean is very great! He is willing to work with you as well as taking his business serious and making sure his tenants are comfortable. The area isn't the nicest but never judge a book by its cover! Very quiet relaxed and homey type as well as being the most affordable around here and not a expensive deposit!
Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. (Best prices in the area) Great atmosphere - always slept well- Located practically close to everything. Very guest orientated; most rooms have full size refrigerator and pretty much anything else needed. Property is always clean and well maintained- well light and safe at night. Manager is one of the nicest, respectful and caring persons in this world. Sean and The “Florida Bound Motel” is a blessing to this area. Thank you for everything. Peter Carocci
This is an Old Motel in a City. However my room was extremely clean. Walls looked freshly painted with not a mark on them. Every single thing was spotless. More importantly very quiet in the motel and outside. Good curtains made the room very dark. Fresh clean bed.The manager Sean held a room for me and was very friendly. Gave me a lot information about the neighborhood and City being I will be working in the area. Lowest weekly rate out of several calls.

Rooms are cleaner then all ive seen, around here. Bed is more comfortable then the others. Its quiet at night. You dont smell mold, like the others. Some talk about " sketchy" people outside at night? Not one has bothered me and not everyone works 9to5. Stop judging a book by the cover. Some say room is Small. Rearrange it and make more space like I did. 3 weeks now and I have not seen one German roach in my room. The manager is a nice guy. Store right next door. Hotdogs and more right up front & ITS THE CHEAPEST PLACE AROUND. This will always be my first choice.
